Ignite Your Creativity: Your retreat begins the moment you arrive in Maleny. You will have plenty of time to unpack, and settle into your beautiful cottage accommodation. Once you are comfortable, you will join us to meet your fellow creators and new friends over a warm, relaxed welcome lunch. Later in the afternoon, we officially kick off our creative adventure! The Golden Hour: Sunset, Wine, & Photography at One Tree Hill: As the afternoon turns to gold, we embark on an exclusive excursion reserved for the true VIPs of the Hinterland. Your journey begins under the ancient rainforest canopy of Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve for a hands-on photography lesson. Bring your camera or your phone, and learn about professional framing and light manipulation tricks to ensure you can capture memories effortlessly on your device. From there, we unlock the gates to the iconic, strictly private paddock of One Tree Hill. As the general public is left at the fence line, you will step inside this legendary landscape.
